Cayenne pepper
Basil
Brown sugar
Chicken broth
And tomatoes
Sauté for about 45 min or until vegetables are soft.
Add half and half and mix with immersible blender or blend in batches with blender
Simmer 10 more minutes
Serve with salt and pepper and a bit of shredded Parmesan
