Prepare box tie or spiral pasta - quantity desired.
In separate pan, cook garlic in olive oil.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook until tomatoes pop.
Add pasta to pan with garlic.
Add Kalamata olives, fresh chopped basil, goat cheese, salt and pepper.
Add more olive oil and balsamic vinegar (or salad dressing).
Remove from heat and add parmesan cheese.
