•Take a non stick sauce pan and brush olive oil on it.
•Add crushed fresh garlic and chopped capsicum and sauté it for about 3-4 minutes.
•Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
•Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,1 teaspoon of dried basil, salt, black pepper.
•Add water to cover all the ingredient and now simmer under low heat for 10-13 minutes with lid on the sauce pan.
•Now, in a blender, blend all the ingredients to make a smooth consistency.
•Enjoy hot or cold!
