Suggest a better descriptionPlace tomatoes in a colander in a single layer. Season both sides with salt and place the colander in the sink. Allow to drain for 10 minutes. Once drained layer the tomato slices, basin and onion in the pie shell. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the cheese and mayonnaise. Spread mixture over the top of the tomatoes, basil and onions. Bakin in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
