Easy tasty sauce you can use with meatballs and pasta.
In a large sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic, and sautee until translucent, about 6 minutes.
Add tomatoes and sauce, and simmer over medium low heat for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally smashing tomatoes against the side of the pot the help break them down.
Add 1/3 cup red wine and stir. Taste, and add remaining to suit your taste.
