Good on cold days and very filling
Boil water in kettle. Cut 4 tomatoes in halves. Put them into the kettel water.
Turn on gas on medium flame and add butter to the pan. Put a bay leaf and fine chopped 4 garlic cloves and 2 sliced onions. Let the onions become tanslucent.
Add thyme, kasuri methi and keep stiring well all of them in the pan.
Peel off the tomato skin and slice them more and add to the pan.
Let the mixture cool down, then grind them well in a fine paste.
In the same pan, add more butter, pepper powder, chilli powder and stir well on less than medium flame. Add the paste , little water and 1 tbsp condensed milk. Salt to taste and serve with toasted bread slice cut into small cubes in a bowl.
