Tony's Center Cut Pork Chops - Slow Cooked goes perfectly with Red Cabbage or Baked Beans.
1. Cut the Hardwood Smoked Bacon into 2" strips, and cook in a skillet.
2. Prepare slow cooker by coating it with olive oil.
3. Place half of the onion rings on the bottom of the slow cooker, and add 4 pieces of the bacon.
4. Place 2 of the Pork Chops over top the onion slices and bacon. Sprinkle 1/2 of the dry spice mixture over the two pork chops.
5. Add the remaining onion slices and bacon, and place the other two pork chops and top of the onion slices and bacon. Sprinkle the remaining dry spice mixture over the pork chops.
6. Pour the Apple Cider Vinegar around the pork chops.
7. Pour the Maple Syrup and Pancake Syrup over the pork chops.
7. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
