In large pot add oil, garlic and onion and meat. Cook till meat brown. Then add beef broth and tortellini. When tortellini fully cooked. Turn heat down and add spinach. Cook still spinach is cooked and serve with french bread and top with Fresh Parmesan Reggiano .
