Return bacon to saucepan; add the cream, parsley and cheese.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until heated through.
Meanwhile, prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle cheese sauce over tortellini and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
