Prepare Tortellini as per directions on bag.
In Saucepan add oil and onion. Cook for 10 minutes or until onion is transparent.
Add tomato sauce and cooking wine.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook until cream is heated.
Toss with tortellini and serve
You can add diced ham or prosciutto while browning the onion if desired.
