Good use of left over bolognese sauce
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook tortellini until slightly undone, 3-5 minutes, drain well. Add butter, cream and salt to a large pan and bring to simmer until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Under medium heat add tortellini and cheese to pan and stir until cheese is melted and the tortellini are well coated with sauce. Place 1 cup of bolognese sauce on the bottom of a round or oval baking dish then place sauced tortellini on top, finally place remaining bolognese sauce in the center on top of the tortellini, leaving 1 inch around the edges uncovered. Place dish in oven for about 15 minutes or until the cream sauce starts to bubble around the edges.
