In a medium saucepan bring broth to boil. Add tortellini, reduce heat, t
let simmer uncovered 5 minutes. In a bowl whisk 1/2 cup or so of broth with cream cheese spread till smooth. Return all to saucepan and add tomato soup. Heat through. Sprinkle with chives before serving. enjoy!
