Suggest a better descriptionMix 3 1/2 cups of the flour, sugar, salt, shortening and yeast. Add warm water. Mix until easy to handle. Knead until elasticy. Put in greased bowl. Let rise in warm place until double. Punch down. Divide in 2. Roll out bubbles. Shape into loaves and place in loaf pan. Let rise until double. Cook @425 for about 30 minutes (until golden brown on top)
