Suggest a better description1. Combine split vanilla beans and cream in a medium saucepan. Place over medium
heat.
2. Place white chocolate in a bowl over barely simmering water to melt.
3. When cream comes to a boil, remove from heat and allow to infuse for 15 minutes.
4. Remove vanilla beans from cream and return to medium heat.
5. When cream comes to a boil, pour over melted white chocolate and whisk to
combine.
6. Transfer ganache to a sheet tray lined with plastic. Cover and chill until set.
