Combine kefir, pineapple, lime wheel, basil, mint leaves, pinch of cayenne and coconut water cubes in blender and pulse several times to mix. Process of medium-high, pausing occasionally to scrape down sides if needed, until completely smooth, 1-1 1/2 minutes. Pour into 2 small juice glasses, garnishing with mint sprigs, if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers
