Ingredients:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
½ tbsp sunflower seeds
½ tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 cup coconut water
½ cup mango, cubed
½ cup pineapple, cubed
½ banana, sliced
Juice of 1 lime
Handful of spinach leaves (optional)
Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:
Seed Prep:
Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water for about 10 minutes until they swell up and create a gel-like consistency.
Blend Fruits:
In a blender, combine the mango, pineapple, banana, lime juice, and spinach leaves (if using). Blend until smooth.
Add Seeds:
To the blended fruit mixture, add the soaked chia seeds along with the coconut water they were soaked in, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
Blend Again:
Add ice cubes to the blender and blend the mixture again until it reaches your desired consistency.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of sunflower and pumpkin seeds on top for added texture.
