Heat oven to 200 C
Fry onions and peppers
Soak bread in milk
Combine bread and onion mixture.
Add beaten egg
Add Tuna and 200ml cheese, mix well.
Spoon into greased ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Test with knife to see if set.
Serve with green salad
