Melt butter. Add flour to make paste. Add milk and cook until thick.
Combine white sauce with tuna and salt/pepper to taste. Pour into 9x13 pan.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add cheese, egg, and milk.
Mix well.
Cut into biscuits and place on top of tuna mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
