Boil noodles until they are still a bit firm. Drain and put into 8x8 pan with a bit of butter. Allow to cool. Add the tuna and soup. Mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Top with the grated cheddar. Bake at 350F until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
If you like it with extra cheese, mix an extra portion of the cheese into the cassarole with the soup and tuna.
