Then go in with your hands to form a dough
Knead and then divide into two balls and flatten each piece to 18 cm wide
Heat olive oil in pan and add ball of dough
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side until golden and puffed up
Meanwhile, peel onion and finely chop it along with apple and toss in a large bowl with vinegar
Drain and add tuna, grate over the cheddar and add the cream cheese
Add English mustard, a pinch of pepper and a shake of tabasco sauce, then mix
Slide the bread from the pan and slice into two halves
Spread filling on one side, close over and refry in the pan to reheat
