Combine cheese, soup, broccoli, milk, seasoned salt & black pepper in a large bowl.
Saute onions in butter then add to soup mixture.
Fold cooked & drained pasta in the soup mixture.
Pour in a casserole dish that has been treated with cooking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
