Ingredients2 cups San Remo Penne Pasta No. 18425g can John West Tuna in Brine500g jar Leggo's Tuna Bake1 Zucchini grated1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
Method
1. Cook pasta flowing packet directions. Drain and place into a 1.5 litre capacity greased baking dish.
2. Spoon flaked tuna and grated zucchini over pasta. Pour leggo’s tuna bake over tuna, zucchini and pasta and gently mix together.
3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190 c for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: 2 cups shredded cooked chicken can be substituted for the tuna.
