Blend milk & soup in sauce pan.
Mix 1/3 cup sauce with tuna, celery, green peppers, onions, salt & pepper & lemon juice. Using 2 crescent rolls together, press on wax paper into 8 x 5 rectangle. Place 1/3 cup filling on 1/2 of rectangle and fold over other half and seal with fork. Cut 3 small slits in top. Repeat 3 times.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 400 for 15 minutes.
Heat sauce on low heat. Serve with turnovers.
