Ground turkey meatloaf
1. Chop and sauté onion in oil (or cooking spray)
2. Chop up bacon slices. Add all ingredients in bowl and mix except ~ 1/4 cup cheese.
3. Bake at 425 until reach internal temp of 160 degrees (about 20-30 min). Add remaining cheese to top and broil to melt on top
