Add all ingredients except for ground turkey to a sauce pan and start heating over med-high heat.
(I keep a stock of frozen cooked beans. If you're using canned beans drain and rinse first, probably 2 cans worth.)
Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over high heat until just browned throughout.
Stir in the ground turkey and simmer for 5-10 mins.
Top with some cheese and chili powder if desired.
This is medium spicy, halve the spices for milder chili.
