Thaw Guide

Prepare after thawing . Brine for Min 12 Hrs | Max 2 Days
Use warm water to dissolve sugar & salt. (ensure enough water to dissolve the salt)
Then add cold water or ice for a total of 1.5 Gallons.
Prep Turkey 4 Hours Before Dinner
(1) Dry Inside & Out
(2) Loosely Stuff with Vegetables & Aromatics
(3) Fit Breast Plate
(4) Rub w/ Butter
Preheat Oven 500
Bake 30 Min - Neck in Breast Up
Apply Breast Plate
Reduce to oven temperature to 350
Cook until internal temps reach 161 Breast | 180 Thigh
Rest 30 Minutes before carving
