Suggest a better descriptionLet your pizza dough rise overnight. Cook Stuffing mix per box directions. Add Bell Seasoning to taste. Add the whole cranberry sauce and mix. Peel and cut your apples into quarter size pieces. Put a little butter in the pan and cook the apples until soft. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and nutmeg over the apples to taste. Set aside to cool.
Roll out your pizza dough. Place half the cooled stuffing mix on the dough, a layer of turkey meat (1/2 pound) then 4 slices of Swiss Cheese. Repeat the same step. Fold in the sides of your dough first then bring in the other two sides and pinch gently to seal up open areas Brush with an egg wash then flip gently onto a pan lined with parchment paper and repeat with an egg wash on the top of your calzone.
Cook in a 375 degree over for about 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
