Suggest a better descriptionPeel and finely chop onion and garlic Finely chop celery and red pepper. Mix a tbsp of the chopped onion, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper into the minced turkey. Shape turkey mix into small meatballs the size of small marbles. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan. Fry meatballs until browned on all sides. Set meatballs aside; drain frying pan of fat. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Fry onion, celery and red pepper until softened. Add in meatballs, chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring now and then, for 20 minutes.
