Be sure to rinse and clean complete turkey and cavity before proceeding.
Once cleaned, place turkey on pre-heated grill. Turkey is fully cooked when a meat thermometer registers 180 degrees F. in the thigh or 170 degrees F. in the breast; about 11-15 minutes per pound (unstuffed) or 20 minutes per pound (stuffed).
Remove turkey from grill after cooking and allow to rest 20 minutes before carving.
