Salt & pepper turkey roast.
Brown in oil.
Add onion, garlic, basil, thyme and saute.
Dissolve bouillon in water.
Add bouillon/water mixture and bring to a boil.
Cover, simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Add vegetables last 20 minutes.
Ptu inserving dish.
Stir cornstarch and water into drippings.
Thicken.
Pour over turkey, vegetables.
Top with parsley.
