Tracy Anderson Method
In a food processor, pulse spinach, basil, garlic & onion until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl mix the spinach/basil mixture with the turkey, coriander & pepper.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Cook turkey mixture over medium heat, stirring continually to break down the meat into small pieces until cooked.
Makes three 5 oz servings
