Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. Coat a shallow 3qt baking dish with spray. Heat oil in large skillet over med high heat. Add turkey and cook, breaking up chunks with a spoon about 4 minutes till cooked thru. Stir in onion, cumin and oregano. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in enchilada sauce, corn, cilantro and lime juice, chipotle chili. Spoon 1/2 mixture into baking dish. Top with 1 C of crumbled chips and 1/2 cheese, top with remaining turkey mixture. Top casserole with chips then cheese. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes till bubbly.
