Suggest a better descriptionSauté onion and peppers with salt and pepper. Remove and put to the side. Cook meat and garlic in the pan used for the vegetables, cook thoroughly with taco seasoning. Add in diced tomatoes and continue to cook a few minutes. Make quac, salsa, and queso if you plan to do so home made. See other recipes for guacamole and queso. Head up beans and corn in separate pans. Add a little big of everything to your plate! Cilantro to garnish if desired.
