2. Cook pasta
3. Heat oil in a non stick pan, sprinkle turkey with salt, pepper and 1/4 tsp onion powder. Cook 2min on each side. Remove from pan.
4. Add remaining onion powder sherry and mushroom to pan cook 4 min or until mushrooms are tender.
5. Combine peas, milk, sour cream, cheese and soup in a large bowl. Chop turkey. Add remaining salt, pepper, pasta, mushrooms and turkey. Spoon into baking dish.
6. Combine breadcrumbs and butter. Sprinkle on top.
7. Bake at 450 deg for 15 min.
