Turkey leftovers that make it a whole new dish.
Preheat oven to 350?
Melt butter in heavy sauce pan. Add flour and seasonings. Stir over medium heat until smooth. Add broth and whipping cream. Heat until boiling and thick. Watch and stir - this mixture can scortch easily.
Put the cooked and drained spaghetti noodles into a 13 x 9 pan. Place the turkey on top of the noodles. Pour the sauce on top and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over everything.
Cover with foil and bake ? hour.
Great use for leftovers.
