2. Combine farro and 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium high heat, cover, cook 25 min. Drain excess water.
3. While farro cooks, mix yogurt, garlic, turmeric, paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp pepper in a bowl. Add chicken, thoroughly coal with yogurt mixture.
4. Place chicken on one half of foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Arrange brussels sprouts on other half of sheet. Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake 425 for 18 to 20 mins.
5. Place 1/2 cup cooked farro on a plate. Top with chicken breast and serve with brussels sprouts.
