Suggest a better descriptionFirst of all make the potato rosti. Take the grated potato out of the bowl of water anD squeeze out all excess liquid. Heat a small pan and add a little oil and then the potato, flatten with the back of a metal spoon. Cook for a few minutes and then turn it over. Cook until golden. Repeat making 4 in total, drain on kitchen paper. Using a 7-9cm round cutter, stamp out a round from the centre of the potato. Heat a small frying pan and add the oil and a little butter. Add the steaks and cook for a few minutes, turn and cook until browned. Set aside. Now add the courgettes and garlic to the pan, season and cook for a few minutes, add the tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Place the potato in the centre of a dinner plate. Place one piece of meat on the potato. Now spoon some vegetables on top. Carefully remove the ring. Add a second piece of meat to the tower and top with more diced vegetables. Serve immediately.
