Suggest a better description1. Heat oil in large skillet.Season shrimp with salt and pepper all over. Add to oil once hot sear 2 mins then flip until cooked. Remove from skillet set aside.
2. Medium heat add butter. Once melted add butter and cook 1 min. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. After 2 min add spinach and cook for 1.5 min.
3. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan and basil and bring to simmer for 3 min.
4. Add shrimp and stir. Cook until shrimps is cooked through. Add more basil n serve
