bake chicken in oven, 350, 25 minuets
saute panchetta until half way done
add onions, cook until almost translucent
add garlic, cook unil fragrent
add whole tomatos and cream, cook until heated
add aldente pasta mushrooms, chicken, basil and tarragon, salt pepper to taste, cook until heated
serve over pasta, add cheese and tarragon
