Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crispy; drain and crumble. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/2-inch-thick shell for each. Combine pulp, sour cream, butter, 1 cup cheese, green onions, salt and pepper in large bowl; stir in bacon. spoon mixture into shells on baking sheet; sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until heated.
