Cream 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and flour. Spread into large cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. To make topping, melt 1 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar, sweetened condensed milk. and corn syrup together. Bring to a steady boil and let go about 2 minutes or until mixture is a light coffee brown color. Take off stove and let cool one minute then pour directly on crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and, after melted, spread and swirl over caramel.
