Light fluffy mouthwatering pancakes. So easy and fun. Kids love to make.
Mix ingredients in large bowl, mixing until batter is smooth. Heat griddle until water beads up and evaporates immediately. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot greased griddle or nonstick griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Flip and cook until golden brown.
For thinner pancakes add 1 1/3 cup milk.
For blueberry pancakes add 1 cup blueberries.
For banana pancakes mush in half a banana.
For chocolate chip pancakes add half a cup of chocolate chips.
Don't let the griddle get too hot.
