Lightly butter and flour a 9-13 inch pan
In a large bowl, beat 1 1/2 sticks of butter and sugar until light and fluffy (5 minutes)
Beat in eggs one at a time until combined.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add flour mixture and buttermilk to butter mixter in alternating turns
Beat in Vanilla
3. Bake cake until goldena nd puffed (35 Minutes)
4. In a medium bowl whisk together cocoa and malted milk powders.
Add boiling water and whisk until smooth and cool.
Beat 2 sticks of butter plus 2 tablespoons of butter until smooth.
Add cocoa mixture and beat until combined.
Add chocolate and a pinch of salt to cocoa mixture until peaks ( 3 minutes)
