A shortbread cookie made with Harney and sons vanilla Comoro tea. Adapted from Family Circle's earl grey shortbread from the February 2014 issue.
Mix flour, vanilla comoro tea, and salt well.
Add confectioners sugar and butter, stir and then work dough with hands.
Place dough on lightly floured surface, then pat into a flat disk.
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to ¼ inch thickness.
Cut out 2 inch squares.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet, let cool.
