Vegetarian dish with korma
Dry roast cinnamon 1 inch, cloves 2, cardamom 1, Chana dal 1/2 tbsp, Coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp, poppy seeds 1 tsp
coconut 5-6 tbsp
Roasted split gram(daria dal) 2 tbspn
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli 3-4
Fennel seeds 3/4 tsp
Grind all the above ingredients
I added carrots,beans,potatoes,peas and cauliflower
Set IP in sauté mode then add onion 1 medium size and sauté till onion become translucent, add tomato 1 medium size and turmeric powder. Sauté for couple of mins. Add the ground paste and fry for few more mins, then add all the vegetables and yogurt 2 tbspn.salt as per your taste
Set IP to manual ( high pressure ) for 6 mins with pressure valve to sealing. Quick realise and enjoy yummy korma
