Delicious mix of vegetables in an easy to make casserole.
Mix together all ingredients except crackers and margarine. Pour into casserole dish(9x9 works well). Sprinkle crackers on top and drizzle melted butter over everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
You can leave out anything you don't like or add in something like ham or corn to give it a different taste. This is a very flexible recipe.
