Suggest a better description1. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of sugar, yeast and warm water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until yeast has bubbles
2. In a large bowl, whisk flour, salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar
3. Pour oil and water/yeast mixture into large bowl
4. Knead dough by hand for 3-5 minutes until smooth
5. Cover dough with towel and let rise in a warm spot for 2 hours
6. Preheat oven to 350 (180c)
7. Separate into 6 even balls and roll into long strands
8. Braid into 2 loaves
9. Let rise for 20 mins
10. Optional egg wash with toppings
11. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until bottom is golden brown
