These chocolate chips cookies are wonderfully chewy and satisfying a real treat for everyone.
Oven at 350
Cream sugar and margarine (for a reduced fat version try substituting half of the margarine with apple sauce).
Add vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients, then combine with sugar margarine mix. If too stiff add non dairy milk, I used a couple of tablespoons but it really depends from the hardness of your flour.
Add chocolate chips and stir until combined (I use my hands to knead a little)
Prepare your oven tray so that cookies do not stick (I use silicone mats). Here it depends on how big of a treat you want to create, a good size is a tablespoon of dough for each cookie. Allow some space between each cookie as they spread when cooking. You can flatten them a little or leave them as little mounds. They will do their thing :-)
Cook for 8-10 minutes. They will soft when they come out of the oven. Let rest for 10 minutes before placing on a wire rack to cool.
Enjoy...maybe with a glass of raw almond milk cappuccino
As for any preparation...make love and intention your first ingredient
