Suggest a better description1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Spinkle in cumin, tumeric, paprika, and cayenne. Cook 2 minutes more, stirring often.
2. Stir in zucchini, chickpeas, tomatoes and currants. Cover and lower heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender, about 10 minutes. Uncover and boil down to thicken if necessary.
3. Meanwhile, bring stock to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, remove from heat and let sit for 5-20 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
4. Serve couscous with vegetable mixture mounded in center.
