Mix onion mix and water
Combine and add all ingredients except soy protein.
Allow flavors to blend for at least 15 minutes.
Add soy protein. Marinate for at least 1 hour. For longer marinating, place in refrigerator in baggie or covered container.
Form into shapes and place in a drying environment. (130-145 degrees).
